Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions outline the rules governing your use of the Crewpr application. These terms are legally binding and apply to all users, including service providers (freelancers and companies) and service seekers (clients).

1. Subscriptions

• Freelancer Subscriptions:
  • 5 Creative Categories: 3 months - AED 149, 12 months - AED 499
  • 10 Creative Categories: 3 months - AED 199, 12 months - AED 645
  • Unlimited client requests and offers.
• Company Subscriptions:
  • 3 months - AED 499, 12 months - AED 1199
  • Unlimited client requests and offers.
• Client Subscriptions (Crewpr Coins):
  • 10 Coins - AED 19, 25 Coins - AED 39, 50 Coins - AED 69
  • Allows clients to send requests to freelancers.

2. Managing Requests

• Offer Acceptance:
  • Clients can negotiate with service providers before accepting an offer. Once accepted, the project is activated, and the service provider begins the work.

3. Account Permissions

• Freelancer/Company Permissions:
  • Create a portfolio to display previous work.
  • Control "Available" status for request management.
  • Report user violations.
• Client Permissions:
  • Send requests to companies and limited requests to freelancers (using Crewpr Coins).
  • Modify or cancel requests as needed.

4. Technical Support

• For technical assistance, contact us at support@crewpr.net or use the “Support” button within the application.

5. Subscription Cancellation and Refund

• Freelancers and Companies:
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of subscription if no request is activated.
• Clients:
  • Refunds are available for unused Crewpr Coins within 30 days of purchase.

6. Disputes and Disclaimer

• Role of Crewpr:
  • Crewpr acts as a mediator platform and is not responsible for disputes between users.
• Payments:
  • Crewpr is not responsible for financial transactions between users, as payments are handled externally.

7. Awareness Warnings

• Clients:
  • Verify profiles and portfolios before starting a collaboration.
• Service Providers:
  • Communicate project details clearly to ensure mutual understanding.

8. Prohibitions and Penalties

• Using the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.
